1. About 3DMDL

3. 3D Content and Downloads

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute 3DMDL files as standalone digital products.
• Upload 3DMDL files to another model marketplace, library or file-sharing service for redistribution.
• Share protected downloads with other users in order to bypass the access restrictions of 3DMDL.
• Use technical methods to bypass download protection, account restrictions or other security mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the 3DMDL website, branding, interface, text, graphics and original platform content are owned by or licensed to 3DMDL.

Access to or download of digital content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, characters or other intellectual property appearing on the platform remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

5. Premium Membership

3DMDL may offer Premium membership plans that provide additional access, features or downloadable content.

Premium access is associated with the account used for the applicable purchase and may depend on the membership remaining active.

3DMDL may change Premium features, available content or other aspects of the service as the platform develops.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing a Premium plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment according to the terms presented during checkout.
